To provide a forum for administrators, teacher educators, research scholars, and students to share their research findings, insights, and reflections for meaningful discussion and follow-up. To promote the exchange of ideas on significant national and international issues in education and stimulate scholarly research. To encourage and support young teacher educators and researchers in entering the field and fostering their ongoing professional development.

All submitted manuscripts must include the names of only those authors who have made a significant contribution to the research, along with their complete institutional affiliations. Manuscripts submitted to Indian Educational Researcher (IER) must not be under consideration elsewhere; if a manuscript is found to be submitted to another journal simultaneously, it will be immediately withdrawn from consideration.

All manuscripts submitted to the Editorial Office undergo an initial screening to ensure they are properly formatted and comply with the journal’s ethical guidelines. Manuscripts that fail to meet these standards or do not satisfy the journal’s quality criteria are rejected before the peer-review process. Those that pass the initial check are sent to at least two independent experts for review.
