Peer Review and Publication Policy

All manuscripts submitted to the Editorial Office undergo an initial screening to ensure they are properly formatted and comply with the journal’s ethical guidelines. Manuscripts that fail to meet these standards or do not satisfy the journal’s quality criteria are rejected before the peer-review process. Those that pass the initial check are sent to at least two independent experts for review.

The journal follows a single-blind review process, in which the reviewers’ identities are kept confidential from the authors. Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, a manuscript may be accepted with minor revisions, returned to the authors for major revisions and resubmission, or rejected. Authors may appeal a rejection by submitting a detailed justification via email to the Editorial Office, including point-by-point responses to the reviewers’ comments.

Once a manuscript is accepted, it undergoes professional copy-editing, language editing, proofreading, and final corrections by the editorial team. The finalized article is then formatted, paginated, published in the journal, and uploaded to the journal website.
