A Study on Emotional Intelligence of Higher Secondary Biology Students in Cuddalore District

ABSTRACT
The study aimed at finding the relationship between emotional intelligence and academic achievement of
higher secondary
biology students. Emotional intelligence scale was administered on 320 higher secondary biology students and
data obtained
subjected to t-test and correlation analysis. The results revealed that there is no relationship between
emotional
intelligence and academic achievement of higher secondary biology students.
