Arul Lawrence, A. S., & Hanitha, T.
ABSTRACT
The investigators attempted to identify the academic achievement of higher secondary students in relation to their study skills in Kancheepuram educational district. A total of 600 students were selected using simple random sampling.

Academic Achievement was measured through quarterly exam marks and Study Skills were assessed using a self-made questionnaire developed by the investigators. Statistical techniques such as percentage analysis, mean, standard deviation, t-test and correlation analysis were used.

The findings reveal a positive and significant relationship between study skills and academic achievement among higher secondary students.
