ABSTRACT
This Study discusses about the role and significance of building up of Social Values with good Self-Esteem and Effective Interpersonal Relationship. Self-esteem is an individual's overall subjective emotional of his or her own worth. It is the decision made by an individual as an attitude towards the Self-esteem includes beliefs about oneself, as well as emotional states such as triumph, despair, pride. An Interpersonal relationship is a strong, deep or close association between two or more people that may range in duration from brief to enduring. Social values are the values which is accepted and credited by the local people. This study is to analyse the importance of Self­ Esteem and Interpersonal Relationship within the Family which naturally integrates the Social Values. It is done from the school level students for the better understanding of the importance of Parents and School in the formation of effective leader of the society. Self Esteem is the quality that which enriches the character, enriched character makes a student to be a good leader in the society.
