A Study on Awareness about Water Conservation among Selected High School Students

ABSTRACT
The study was carried out to find out the awareness about water conservation among high school students.
Three hundred and eighteen (318) high school students were selected from Erode District by using a simple
random sampling technique. Investigator used a self-constructed tool for collecting the data. The
validity and reliability of the tool were checked and used for data collection. Mean, Standard
Deviation, and t-test was computed for data analysis. This study found that high school students who
were studying in Erode district had a moderate level of awareness about water conservation.
