Mobile Learning Awareness among Student Teachers

Shakira Begum, S.
ABSTRACT
Mobile learning is one of the major technological advancements in education. It simply means “learning on the move,” where the learning process can occur anytime and anywhere while one moves through their environment. The present study specifically aimed to investigate mobile learning awareness among student teachers.

A sample of 646 student teachers was randomly selected from Colleges of Education in Chennai. The tool used for data collection was the Mobile Learning Awareness Questionnaire (MLAQ) developed by Lavanya and Suresh Kumar. The findings of the study revealed a significant difference between male and female student teachers in their mobile learning awareness. However, no significant difference was found between UG and PG student teachers.
