Sri Devi, T., & Dr. Sheeba, K.
ABSTRACT
The study examines how cognitive behavioural techniques and multidisciplinary approaches impact the academic performance of high school students. Cognitive behavioural strategies play a significant role in altering negative thought patterns and behaviours among students, thereby enhancing academic outcomes. Integrating perspectives from psychology, education, and social sciences, this research reviews theoretical frameworks and models related to cognitive behavioural techniques and multidisciplinary approaches. The findings highlight improvements in student focus, motivation, and overall academic performance, emphasizing the importance of both theoretical and practical strategies that strengthen students’ cognitive and behavioural skills within the educational system.
